Read moreMost centres in NCR are run by managers with a small therapy team in the back. We're the inverse. Every person on staff at Arambh is a therapist — recruited as the best from Delhi NCR, RCI-certified, and senior. We don't have a sales team. The person you talk to is a person who'll be in the room with your child.
Senior therapists oversee every plan, train every junior, and meet with parents monthly. There's no handoff to someone you've never met. Detailed reports go home regularly. PTMs happen on a schedule, not on request.
Every plan is built for one child. Not adapted from a template. The plan changes as your child changes — sometimes weekly. If a service isn't right for your child, we say so. That's a therapist's call, not a sales call.
Every Saturday, we open the centre for group sessions.
Children practise being with each other. They learn to wait, to share, to ask, to lose, to win, to be in a room of people who are also figuring it out. It's small, structured, and led by senior therapists.
