About Arambh

Why Arambh exists.

We're built around a simple idea: the people who do the work *are* the centre.

Our mission

Care . Support . Progress.

To give every child the right people in the room — senior, certified, and present — for the slow work of growing into themselves.

We exist because the centres parents trusted weren’t always built around their child. We’re built around the child, the parent, and the therapist — and the relationship between the three. That’s the unit of value, and it’s the only thing we won’t compromise on.

What we believe in

Therapy is slow work.

Progress is rarely a straight line. The right team makes the slow part bearable, and the progress real. We don't promise miracles. We promise patience, expertise, and a plan that adapts as your child does.

The relationship is the unit of value.

Not the technique. Not the centre. The thing that does the work is the relationship between your child, their therapist, and you. Everything we do — single senior therapists per child, monthly parent connects, detailed reports — is in service of protecting that triangle.

Specificity is care.

Generic plans are how children get lost. We don't run programmes with rotating therapists, copy-paste targets, or vague reports. Every plan is built for one child, by the people who will deliver it.

The team is the product.

Most centres invest in management. We invest in therapists. We don't have a sales team. The person who picks up the phone is a person who'll be in the room with your child.

Leadership

Four co-founders. All therapists.

Arambh isn't run by a board of investors or a management team. It's run by the four people who do the work, and have always done the work.

Co-founder · [Role / Modality]

[Replace this body with a short bio in the co-founder’s own voice — 3 to 5 sentences. The tone is a senior therapist introducing themselves to a parent, not a corporate “about the founder” page.

What works here: where they trained, what they specialise in, why they helped start Arambh (one sentence is enough), what they bring that’s specifically theirs. Avoid marketing phrases like “passionate about helping every child” — every centre’s website says that.]

How we're different

What "therapist-led" actually means.

Every person on staff is a therapist.

There's no sales team. No "consultations" run by people who won't be in the room. No business development layer between you and the people doing the work. When you walk into Arambh, the person who greets you is either a therapist, an admin, or one of the co-founders. That's the whole organisation.

Senior therapists, not just qualified ones.

RCI certification is the floor, not the ceiling. Every senior therapist at Arambh has years of post-qualification experience and was actively recruited from a senior role elsewhere — including from leading centres in Delhi. Senior therapists oversee every plan, train every junior, and run the parent connects themselves.

One senior therapist per child, not a rotating roster.

Your child gets a primary senior therapist who owns the plan, knows the case in detail, and stays through the journey. When other modalities are needed (OT plus speech, for example), the primary therapist co-ordinates with the others — your child isn't passed around.

Reports and PTMs that actually mean something.

Detailed written progress reports go home on a regular cadence. Parent-Teacher Meetings happen on a schedule, not on request, and the senior therapist leads them. The parent is part of the plan, not a recipient of updates.

The centre

Sector 27, Noida.

A purpose-fitted centre with a sensory gym, individual session rooms, a group room used on Saturdays, and a parent waiting area. Easily reached from across Noida and Delhi NCR.

What to expect on a first visit

The first visit is a conversation, not an assessment. We meet you and your child. We listen. We don't run a battery of tests on day one — that's not how a real plan starts.

If we're a fit, we book a structured assessment as a separate session, with the senior therapist who'll lead the work. If we're not a fit, we'll tell you, and where appropriate, we'll point you to centres or specialists who might be.
