Your first visit
What to expect.
The first visit is short — usually 45 minutes — and it's not an assessment. We meet you and your child, we ask what's been going on, and we listen.
If we think we can help, we'll book a structured assessment as a separate session, led by the senior therapist who'd take on the case. If we don't think we're the right fit, we'll tell you — and where we can, we'll point you somewhere that might be.
